County |
Randy B. Holman, Jefferson County Assessor, is a lifelong resident of our county. He was born and raised in Pevely, Missouri and graduated from Herculaneum High School. He received an Associates Degree from Jefferson College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeast Missouri State University. Randy is also a Missouri Licensed State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
Before assuming his present
position in July of 1994, Randy worked in the Jefferson County Assessor’s
Office for eight years as a market analyst, commercial appraiser, and Director
of Assessments. Randy is a member of
the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO). He has served a President of the Missouri
State Assessors’ Association (MSAA), has been Education Coordinator for the
MSAA since 1997 and is co-chairmen of the MSAA Legislative Committee. Randy served as president of the Festus R-6
Board of Education from 2006 to 2008.
He is past-president of the Hillsboro Rotary Club and is a member of the
Hillsboro Civic Club.
