Jefferson County OFFICE OF THE ASSESSOR Meet the Assessor

Randy B. Holman, Jefferson County Assessor, is a lifelong resident of our county. He was born and raised in Pevely, Missouri and graduated from Herculaneum High School. He received an Associates Degree from Jefferson College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeast Missouri State University. Randy is also a Missouri Certified Residential Appraiser.

Before assuming his present position in July of 1994, Randy worked in the Jefferson County Assessor's Office for eight years, as a market analyst, commercial appraiser, and Director of Assessments. Randy is a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers. He is currently the President-Elect of the Missouri State Assessors' Association (MSAA), and has been the Education Coordinator for the MSAA since 1997. Randy has served as president of the Festus R-6 Board of Education since 1996. He is a past president of the Hillsboro Rotary Club and belongs to the Hillsboro Civic Club.
