Meet the Assessor

Assessor

Terry L. Roesch, Jefferson County Assessor, is a lifelong resident of our county. He was born and raised in Pevely, Missouri and graduated from Herculaneum High School. Attended Jefferson Community College 1968-1969. Terry is also a Licensed State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and carries a Missouri State Assessors Association Level 3 Designation.

Before assuming his present position in December of 2010 Terry worked in the Jefferson County Assessor’s Office for twenty one years as a business personal property appraiser, commercial real estate appraiser, residential real estate appraiser, residential real estate department supervisor and commercial real estate department supervisor.  Terry is a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO).
